Question 1

How do I reserve a place on a departure?

Accepted Answer

Send an inquiry from any package page or message us on WhatsApp. A consultant confirms availability, sends a written quotation, and holds your seat for seven days while you decide.

Question 2

Can I pay in instalments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A deposit secures the seat, and the balance is settled in agreed stages up to 30 days before departure for Umrah, or 60 days for Hajj. All payments go to the company account named on your invoice — never to a personal account.

Question 3

Do you arrange group departures for mosques and communities?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From 20 pilgrims we can open a dedicated departure with your own guide, room blocks and a tailored ziarah programme. Tell us your group size and preferred month and we will prepare a proposal.

Question 4

Is my visa guaranteed once I have paid?

Accepted Answer

No provider can guarantee a pilgrimage visa. Approval rests with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. We submit complete documents early, keep you informed of the real status, and set out refund terms in writing if a visa is refused.

Question 5

Is health insurance included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Mandatory health insurance is bundled into the Saudi visa fee, and we add travel insurance covering trip disruption and medical evacuation.

Question 6

How large are the groups?

Accepted Answer

Umrah groups are capped at 45 pilgrims with one mutawwif and one tour leader. Hajj groups keep a ratio of one guide for every 20 pilgrims and include a physician.

Question 7

What support is available for elderly pilgrims?

Accepted Answer

We arrange wheelchair assistance at airports and in the mosques, choose hotels closest to the gates, and adjust the ziarah pace. Please tell us about mobility or medical needs when you inquire.

Question 8

Will there be guidance in Bahasa Indonesia?

Accepted Answer

Every departure is accompanied by Indonesian- and Arabic-speaking muthawwif, and manasik training is held in Bandung before you travel.
